By using S4 LEVELING you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1 · Who can use it

You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian agrees to these terms on your behalf.

2 · Health and safety — the important one

S4 LEVELING is a game, not a doctor, coach, physiotherapist, or dietitian. Its workouts, meal verdicts and AI messages are entertainment and general information — not medical advice.

Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have a medical condition.
Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
You exercise entirely at your own risk. Never push through an injury because the app, a streak, a timer or a "penalty" told you to. No streak is worth your health.
Place your phone somewhere stable when using the camera counter, and keep your training space clear.

3 · Your account

Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
One account per person. Don't impersonate anyone.
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Menu → Login → Delete Account).

4 · Fair play

The whole point of this app is that progress is earned. You agree not to:

Cheat, automate, script, or fake proof of quests you did not do.
Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or manipulate saved data, currencies, or ranks.
Abuse other players in duels, raids, or the ladder; upload unlawful or offensive content.
Attack, overload, or attempt to breach the service.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

5 · Virtual items and currency

Money never buys progress. Coins (◉), crystals (◈), passes and cosmetics grant appearance, convenience and access only — never XP, stats, rank, or the soldiers themselves. Progress is earned by real work.

Virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are licensed to you, not owned by you.
They may be changed, rebalanced, or discontinued as the game evolves.
Season content is time-limited: when a season ends, its reward row closes. Progress you already earned — rank, stats, army, streak — is never taken away.
Purchases are handled by the applicable app store or payment provider and are subject to their refund rules, plus any statutory rights you have.

6 · AI features

Meal judging, proof checking, System chat and program generation use AI. AI can be wrong. Treat nutrition estimates and advice as rough guidance, never as fact or as a medical opinion.

7 · Availability

This is an evolving product. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that data will never be lost — though we work hard to avoid it.

8 · Our content

The app, its art, characters, text, sounds and code belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us permission to process it to run the features you used it for.

9 · Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury arising from exercise you chose to perform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

10 · Ending it

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

11 · Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be dated above and flagged in the app. Continuing to use S4 LEVELING after a change means you accept the updated terms.
